On November 7 & 8, 2008, the Naughty Duchesses of Hazard, a Red Hat Chapter hosted by the Hazard Perry County Senior Center, held its first annual statewide Spa Retreat Weekend at Buckhorn Lake State Resort Park. The event drew red hat ladies from Morgantown, Lawrenceburg, Beattyville, Letcher County, Leslie County and Knott County. Next year’s event has already been scheduled for the first weekend in November, 2009.
